This is the Consulting Services end of Patricia Wistinghausen Consulting LLC where Patricia walks alongside women as they navigate and grow their small business, run their nonprofit, or are looking for ways to develop their skills and expand their network in both their professional and personal lives.
Collectively, Patricia has 20 years experience as a Customer Service, Administrative Professional, and Community Leader. Through firsthand experience - especially in the community as an organizer, advocate, and volunteer - Patricia has worked on and led a wide range of projects; often when a nonprofit or grassroots community group is just getting started, or when a business is brand new or being reorganized.
Through Patricia's experiences working in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, she's developed the skillsets to implement effective solutions; often with limited resources (aka little to no money).
She can also assess and make recommendations for updating old systems and ways of doing things, plus can introduce and teach new information to help shift individuals and teams to become more efficient, collaborative, and impactful!
Whether you want to learn about user-friendly tech tools and automations, create content for a social media post, design a flyer for an event, or need guidance on how to host the event itself, Patricia is here to help and walk you through it.

Patricia is a Speaker, Social Entrepreneur, and Resource & Collaboration Consultant from the garden island of Kaua'i. Co-Working Sessions are a designated timeframe when Patricia is available online to work with you in a small group setting. This is a flexible and accessible alternative to 1:1 consulting and creates a focused workspace for you to get things done with the added bonus of a 'Co-Worker' right there to assist and cheer you on! ✍💟💻
Lucky you! 😀🎊Co-Working Sessions are currently being offered TWICE per week!! Every Tuesday and Thursday for 3-Hours via Zoom video conferencing platform.
Here's the timeframe currently being offered, laid out in different timezones for quick reference:

3:00pm - 6:00pm EST
There may be times when these sessions will be held at a different time, different day, or in case of an emergency or holiday, a session may be cancelled. As a CCA Member, you'll be part of shaping and helping to steer what classes will be offered by providing feedback on what you're most interested in learning about.

Our Standard Hourly Rate is for Services during PW Consulting's normal Business Hours: Monday - Thursday from 9:00am - 3:00pm HST.
If the day of the week and timeframe that you need a service falls outside of that, you will need to select the appropriate rate at check out.
Hourly Rates are Time and a Half for Services delivered Monday - Thursday after 3:00pm HST [categorized as Expedited].
If the day of the week and timeframe that you need a service falls outside of that, you will need to select the appropriate rate at check out.
Hourly Rates are Double Time for Services delivered on Fridays between 9:00am - 3:00pm HST [categorized as RUSH].
If the day of the week and timeframe that you need a service falls outside of that, you will need to select the appropriate rate at check out.
Hourly Rates are Double Time and a Half for Services delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays between 9:00am - 3:00pm HST [categorized as SPECIAL DELIVERY].

In-Person Services are available for Kaua'i-based Clients for a $35.00 Travel Fee per session.

Initial Consultation
Schedule this 30-minute Introductory Meeting with Patricia to assess and discuss what challenges you're facing with your small business, your organization, or in your personal growth that you'd like assistance with.
Even just doing this initial consultation meeting can be helpful, as you'll receive recommendations for potential solutions and actionable next steps to help you get unstuck and on your way.
Brand Palette Session
This 45-minute 1:1 session focuses on what your business, organization, or personal brand looks and feels like. We start with a blank canvas and walk through creating your brand palette by reviewing your Logo, Tagline, Brand Colors, Fonts, Aesthetic/Feel.
Even if you don't have any of those yet, that's okay, and is what this session is for! To assemble a visual of what you want all of it to look like, and tools to help you develop and refine your ideas.
Co-Working Sessions Punch Card
Need help, but maybe not as often? Get your 'Consulting-When-You-Need-It' punch card pass to access up to FOUR(4) Co-Working Sessions with Patricia.
Sessions will need to be used within the calendar year they were purchased, but they're perfect for when you want assistance with a specific project - like reviewing your checklist when organizing and hosting an event, want to practice and get feedback on a presentation, have Patricia help you edit your slide deck, or if you want her to walk you through how to use a tech tool that'll help you become more efficient.
Co-Working Session Drop-In
Need help learning a tool, refining your content or design? Want another set of eyes on a document, slide deck, or someone to just be there to make sure you work and get things done? Here's a reminder that you don't have to do it all alone!

Connecting 101 for Nonprofits
What You Need to Strategically Show Up with Intention & Create Impact!
In this highly interactive facilitated workshop, Patricia walks participants through reflecting on the Mission of their organization in connection with their personal Why, their Why for serving as Board Members, Executive Directors, Staff, or Volunteers, and how it all ties back to their passion for helping their community.
Throughout the training, the group completes Take Action! Activities designed to highlight where the nonprofit is at now: internal working knowledge of org operations, how the org shows up (or doesn’t) in the local and greater community, acknowledging strengths and building a list of connections, plus covering what tools and resources can be utilized to get the nonprofit and its people to where they want to collectively be.
