Collectively, Patricia has 20 years experience as a Customer Service, Administrative Professional, and Community Leader. Through firsthand experience - especially in the community as an organizer, advocate, and volunteer - Patricia has worked on and led a wide range of projects; often when a nonprofit or grassroots community group is just getting started, or when a business is brand new or being reorganized.
